About Unveiled

Hi, I’m Jenny, co-founder and owner of Unveiled Makeup & Hair. My journey in the beauty industry began over 20 years ago, and for more than 15 years I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of brides, as well as clients in television, editorial, and celebrity makeup. I am honored to have received an Emmy Award during my career as a makeup artist.

While I no longer personally provide wedding day services, I remain deeply involved in creating the Unveiled experience. I work closely with each bride from the initial inquiry through the wedding day details, helping coordinate the perfect artist team, answering questions, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned.

One of my greatest joys has always been helping women feel confident, beautiful, and truly cared for. When my sister and I started Unveiled, we wanted every bride to feel like family—and that continues to be the heart behind everything we do.

When I’m not working with brides, you’ll usually find me at home with my husband and our three children. I love homeschooling our kids, baking fresh-milled sourdough bread, and enjoying the slower rhythms of family life. Those same values of care, intention, and hospitality influence the way I lead Unveiled and the experience we create for every bride.

Rebecca’s journey in the beauty industry began in 1998 at the MAC counter in Nordstrom Santa Barbara, where she first fell in love with the art of personal connection through makeup. She quickly discovered her true calling in the bridal world, finding immense joy in being part of a bride's most special moments. In 2011, driven by a desire to serve the bridal community with deep care and seamless organization, she and her sister, Jenny, co-founded Unveiled.

As a makeup artist, Rebecca is known for her incredibly gentle touch, soft artistry style, and deeply intuitive nature. She brings a serene, calming presence to the high energy of a wedding morning, listening closely to her clients to ensure they feel entirely heard and comfortable. For Rebecca, the ultimate goal is simple: to make every woman who sits in her chair feel like a beautiful, cherished, and effortlessly elevated version of themselves. Behind the scenes, she also channels her eye for design into managing Unveiled's website, social media, and public relations.

Amanda was born into a family of hairstylists in beautiful Santa Barbara. She has a passion for hair. She grew up helping with anything in her moms salon. As soon as she could, she went to Cosmetology school and has been licensed since 2010.

She has the ability to listen to the needs of her client to get the look they are wanting for there very special day. Most importantly she wants to make the client feel their most beautiful.

She loves going with what you want and letting the hair guide her way to her gorgeous masterpiece. During her career she has not only mastered beautiful upstyles but also color, highlights, cuts, styles and blowouts

Backed by over a decade of experience in the luxury event and bridal industry, Belle is a licensed Cosmetologist dedicated to the art of tailored beauty. Specializing in weddings, private photoshoots, and editorial productions, Belle masterfully designs hairstyles and makeup looks that are meticulously crafted to last.

Rather than relying on standard, repetitive trends, Belle treats every client as a unique canvas. She is highly sensitive to the individual features and backgrounds of the diverse clientele she serves. For Belle, a successful beauty experience goes far beyond the surface—it is about honoring who you are, enhancing your inherent confidence, and making the entire getting-ready process smooth and unforgettable.

Katie's passion for hair started at the young age of 6 when she received a "crimp and curl" cabbage patch doll. She would spend hours playing with the wire yarn hair. As she grew older, she started experimenting on her friends and family's hair. In high school, Katie was finally able to put her years of "practice" to work when she began doing her friends hair for dances.

Katie graduated high school yearly to attend Santa Barbara Cosmetology Academy. While at school, Katie focused her training in styling and Up-dos and did hair for many weddings and proms. After school, Katie assisted several professional hair stylist in Montecito Ca and worked at Salon Del Mar in the Santa Barbara's Double Tree Hotel. Katie now has over 7 years of professional experience. You can find some of her work on the wedding blog Style Me Pretty. Katie is also the preferred Hair Artist for Maravilla Gardens Wedding Venue.

Katie is an expert at completing your perfect wedding look! During your consultation, she discusses with you your wedding dress, feel of your wedding and pictures of hair styles you like. Katie combines that information with your face shape and hair type to create a look that best compliments you while also flowing with the style of your wedding. Katie loves to bring out the natural beauty of her clients. Katie will put you at ease immediately. Her warm and fun loving personality is a great addition to your wedding experience.
